Page Layout

The Page layout Theme settings group controls global page color defaults, width, spacing scale, and inherited shadow strength.

Page layout owns the global page canvas, border and shadow colors, maximum page width, spacing scale, and shadow depth. Section padding, product grid spacing, and cart panel width remain owned by their own settings groups.
SettingUse it for
Page background colorStorewide page background when a section does not override its background.
Border colorDefault border color for surfaces that inherit page layout tokens.
Shadow colorBase shadow color used with the global shadow depth.
Page widthMaximum content width: Compact, Standard, Wide, or Ultra.
Spacing scaleGlobal spacing density used by Fit Check spacing tokens.
Shadow depthDefault shadow strength for surfaces that inherit global shadows.

Important Ownership Notes

  • Section padding is a section setting, not a Page layout Theme setting.
  • Product-card gaps, grid columns, and card padding are section or block settings.
  • Cart drawer panel width is in Cart, while generic drawer padding is in Drawers.
