Specifications

Use Specifications to present product details as editable label-and-value rows, such as material, dimensions, care instructions, or origin. This block is available in theme versions that include Specifications.

Add specifications

1. Open a section or Container that accepts theme blocks and choose Add block > Specifications.
2. Add a specification row, then enter its Label and Value.
3. Reorder the rows to put the most useful information first. Where Shopify offers a dynamic-source connection, you can connect a value to a compatible metafield.
4. Preview the block inside its actual product layout on desktop and mobile.

Layout and styling

Auto adapts the rows to the space available to the block. Choose Columns to keep labels and values alongside one another, or Stacked to put each value beneath its label. Label column width, column gap, row gap and row vertical padding control the spacing.

Top and bottom divider controls, thickness, color and opacity adjust the row separators. Label and value typography can be styled independently, including font, size, weight, line height, letter spacing and text transform. Padding can use one value for every side or separate edge values.

Changing the layout does not change the saved row content. Check long values and translated text in narrow Containers before publishing.
