Contact & About Pages

Fit Check includes dedicated page templates for contact and about pages, built using the theme’s flexible section system.

Contact Page

The contact page template includes a contact form section. To set it up:

  1. In Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages.
  2. Create a new page (e.g., “Contact Us”).
  3. In the Theme template dropdown, select contact.
  4. Save the page.

Contact Form Features

  • Name, email, phone, and message fields
  • Form validation with error messages
  • Success confirmation after submission
  • Submissions are sent to your store’s email address

About Page

The about page template uses composed sections with the default Main page content disabled, plus full support for adding standard content sections:

  1. In Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages.
  2. Create a new page (e.g., “About Us”).
  3. In the Theme template dropdown, select about.
  4. Save the page, then customize in the theme editor.

Building an About Page

Use the theme editor to add sections to your about page:

  • Rich Text for your brand story
  • Multicolumn image/text for team introductions or values
  • Image with Text for visual storytelling
  • Cards for customer reviews, milestone highlights, and more

Tips

  • Both templates support all standard content sections.
  • The visible default About and Contact content comes from template sections; page body content renders only if you re-enable or add page-content output.
  • The contact form sends submissions to the email address in Settings > Store details.
